To generate a custom workout based on time, intensity, and body part, follow these steps:
- On the Workouts tab of the app, tap on the Generator at the top next to For You and Browse.
- Choose the amount of time you have to exercise, the level (Easy, Medium, or Hard), and use the scroll menu to choose what type of workout - Abs, Arms, Chest and Back, Buns and Thighs, Cardio, Total Body, or Foam Roller Stretches.
- Tap Generate Workout.
